All donations will go into the Community Outreach Program, to be dispersed to the appropriate towns. Once a town has met the amount needed, extra funds will be given to the next town. In the event an excess of the amount needed for the entire initiative, extra funds will remain in the Community Outreach Program for future use for events or community programs to assist Rush County citizens and/or visitors.
